Sell Now, Build Later

Building the Minimally Viable Product to Bring Your Idea to Market

**THE VENUE SEATS even though the session is "full" there will be room for up to 75 additional people. Please email me if you would like to attend: mat(at)bizgreet(dot)com. I will remove this notice when we get close to capacity.**

Many entrepreneurs want to build the perfect product and then believe that it will sell. The key to failure is to build something that works great...but nobody wants or needs.

Successful companies begin with the minimally viable product...and build a product or service that meets the minimum requirements of sale-ability. The key to getting your product off the ground will be to invite paying customers to participate in the product development process.

In this session, we will discuss initiating customer feedback loops to make sure that a market exists for your product. We will also discuss how to prove your business and get it funded.
