A panel of social entrepreneurs discusses raising money for their enterprise

ABOUT THIS SESSION

A panel of social entrepreneurs will discuss the challenges they’ve faced in raising money for their social enterprise, how they pitch their plans, how they find potential funders, what works and what doesn’t, and where their social enterprise is today. There will be plenty of time for audience questions, so come learn from these seasoned social entrepreneurs who have been in the trenches raising money. The social enterprises are nonprofit and for-profit. Panelist include Karen Bantuveris from VolunteerSpot, Maile Broccoli-Hickey from English at Work, Anna Land from HeartHouse, and Leo Ramirez from MiniDonations .
