Austin will celebrate EntrepreneurshipWeek USA with an unconventional conference series called RISE starting Feb. 28. Anyone can volunteer to host a forum or sign up to attend one by registering online at Numerous sessions will occur over the three-day RISE schedule, which will dedicate a day each to startup, building and breakthrough.

Relationship and Information Series for Entrepreneurs (RISE™) Features Community-Driven Agenda, Small Sessions for New and Established Entrepreneurs Across Industries

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 30, 2007 – MPOWER Labs, Austin Ventures, the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas, Ernst & Young, GCI Read-Poland and The University of Texas at Austin today invited Greater Austin area entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be to RISE™, a Relationship and Information Series for Entrepreneurs. In its first year, the new conference celebrates EntrepreneurshipWeek USA, a national effort from the Kauffman Foundation, and promises to be a uniquely Austin event with an open conference agenda. Planned as a series of intimate forums hosted by volunteers from the area business community, RISE aims to offer new and established entrepreneurs from all industries unlimited possibilities for knowledge sharing and idea exchange.
