Jan Triplett, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of the Business Success Center (BSC) and a Certified Technical Advisor for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. She is the author of A Networker’s Guide to Success, co-author of Thinking Big, Staying Small and a former moderator for KUT 's radio's, “The Next 200 Years”. She is an activist for small business talking to media, government and other opinion leaders. She was highlighted in Austin Woman magazine and named Texas Small Business Advocate by the Small Business Administration (SBA). She is also one of the three original founders of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Texas. Her company, the BSC, provides sales and management services to owners who want to run it right. It provide mentors for very young businesses, advisors for existing businesses, and change agents for those who are overwhelmed by sales and books. It is a City of Austin certified green business, was named to ABJ's Book of Lists for management consulting, and has won awards, including a 5-star national award from the SBA.
