Culture, Assimilation and Training

How Small Investments in Time and Money Reap Terrific Dividends

ABOUT THIS SESSION

o The Criticality of Culture
o The Immediate ROI of Great Assimilation
o Training as a Differentiator

The most successful companies - regardless of size - recognize the immediate value in profit, productivity, quality and retention, that comes from focusing on building a great culture from day one! The kinds of team members you need - the people that want to work hard to be on your "championship" team - are the ones that are attracted by hiring organizations that they know value them, that know what they're doing, and value continuous progress toward excellence. None of these happen by chance.

This is true whether it's day one at your company, or later, when you realize that teamwork is wanting, your people are sub-optimized and their contributions have not been maximized. The longer you wait to work on these issues, the more it costs you, in time, money, lost opportunity and reputation.

Attend this session and you'll learn proven approaches and techniques to:
o Link employee opportunity for success and being part of The Team, to productivity - on the day they start!
o Quickly ensure clarity of everyone's roles and goals and how they all fit together - so you can maximize productivity, quality and customer service, internally and externally
o Enhance employee commitment to your organization and to each other
o Develop and enhance team members skills - by using the experts (SMEs) you already have!
o Create and brand a culture that attracts and retains the best and brightest like a magnet - from day one and for a long time to come.

It's all about the people. It always is.
