Building a Solid Foundation - Liability Issues Facing All Small Business Owners & Entrepreneurs

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Successfully marketing and selling a product or service for a profit is the goal of any business. This seminar focuses on the issues of liability and how the business owner/entrepreneur can protect him or herself by setting up entities such as LLC's and corporations to limit or eliminate personal liability. Most entrepreneurs have heard about these entities, but the majority of small business owners do not know how to properly run an entity or how to choose the entity that best fits the needs of the particular business. This seminar will show you how and allow you to make an educated decision when it comes to creating and running a new business venture. Questions are encouraged. If a participant would rather submit a question for an anonymous answer, please submit the question (within 24 hours of the seminar) to: jrios@riseaustin.org.
