Ben is Director of Sales and Marketing for Talk Back Media. TBM is a full service content marketing and custom publishing services company. We help clients develop compelling content that can be delivered to their best customers via custom magazines, web design, and social media strategies. Ben has over 10 years of experience as a sales and marketing professional working with the top advertising mediums: TV, Radio, Print, and Digital. Prior to joining Talk Back Media, Ben was Associate Publisher for Modern Luxury Dallas Magazine where he managed some of the largest accounts for the magazine in the Automotive, Beverage, and Luxury Real Estate categories. This business accounted for over 30% of the publication’s revenue each year. Ben implemented multi-platform programs for such brands as Land Rover, BMW, Bacardi, Moet Hennessy USA, and luxury portfolios for Keller Williams Realty and Dallas’ largest real estate company, Ebby Halliday Realtors. Ben also gained valuable multicultural experience during his time with Televisa Publishing. Ben served as Texas Territory Sales Manager for the company, representing 9 titles in the US Hispanic Market, and over 100 titles in Latin America. He was also a Brand Manager for Hispanic Trends Magazine, which was the “how-to” publication for small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. In this role, Ben was instrumental in creating two upscale professional development events. The first was an annual destination conference for leading Latina business owners called the “Hispana Leadership Summit”. The other was an event called “Emerge”, which was targeted to Latino Young Professionals. Ben is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film. Ben devotes his spare time to working with the YP214 Young Professionals Organization and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair for Professional Leadership & Development.
