If you have little or no background in marketing and advertising, you will. Attend this session to be able to:
1. Define goals for marketing
2. Identify how to best approach your market as it relates to how they buy and what they will pay.
3. Identify the key elements to consider in marketing and advertising and relate them to your business.
4. Clearly understand the do’s and don’ts in advertising and what it can and can't do in terms of getting sales and keeping customers.

ABOUT THE HOST
Daniel W. Diener. is the Chief Financial Officer of the Business Success Center (BSC). The BSC began as a full service ad agency and owned the Entrepreneurs’ Association. Currently, it provides sales and financial services for small businesses. It received a 5-star national program award from the federal SBA and a Greater Austin Quality Council Level I Award. The Austin Business Journal selected it as a top 20 management consulting firm. BSC is a City of Austin certified a “green business” and a member of the Central TX Association of Guaranteed Government Lenders. Mr. Diener has been presented with local and national awards for his work by Small Business Administration (SBA), City of Austin, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and others. He is a Certified Technical Advisor for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and a frequent speaker. He is also the co-developer of the award-winning "Owners MBA” course. In 1996, he spoke on entrepreneurship for the Nikkei Corp in Japan. Along with partner/wife Jan Triplett, Ph.D., he successfully mapped business ownership processes from Idea Stage to Growth and Transference.
