Catherine Werth

Catherine Werth is a principal in West Hill Center, an office and conference /meeting space located at 31900 RR 12 north of Dripping Springs. The concept for the West Hill Center is to serve area entrepreneurs with affordable space on a long or short-term basis. The meeting space is available to professionals and organizations. It has been used by groups as diverse as the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, Jarrett Financial Group, Knoll Development and Planning, for international training, a Mary Kay Director, by Fortune High Tech Marketing, Brown Hearing, Physicians Health Care, for legal depositions, realtors, and other professional organizations.

Catherine grew up in Dripping Springs. After graduating from UT she taught in the Dallas schools. She lived Pennsylvania and later Florida before moving back to her roots on family land in 2001 where she is a partner in defining the vision for future of that land through Werth Properties Management, LLC.

Catherine’s passion is for creative approaches in business and life. The tapestry of her work has involved consulting and PR for business. This has included Fortune 500 Corporations and consulting with entrepreneurs and professionals. Catherine has been involved in art related projects including writing and publishing, videography and producing a series of concerts,.

She believes there is opportunity in every economic market. Catherine consults with entrepreneurs and is offering a series called “Re-Energizing Your Business”.

She is also a Member of the Board of La Via Sana, a non-profit mental health resource center, located in East Austin and serving the greater Austin area. Currently, she is facilitating a monthly group, “Adventures in Creativity”, through La Via Sana for those directly or indirectly impacted by mental health issues.

Locally, Catherine Werth is a member of the Dripping Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, a charter member of Toastmasters, a founding member of the Artists of Dripping Springs and a member of the Dripping Springs Business Network.
