Session Description – Business Plan Development - Chart Your Success

Designed for those planning to start a new business as well as for existing business owners who have never written a business plan. The major narrative components of a business plan will be discussed in detail and a case study will be used as an example. Learn why the business plan is an important tool essential to the growth of your company.

DIRECTIONS TO FIND SESSION WITHIN CAPITOL BUILDING

Walk up 12st street towards Capitol.
Enter the South (Main) Entrance of the Capitol.
You will see the Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin statues.
Once you are inside the capitol, walk through the rotunda and you will come to elevators on the Left and Right.
Go down to E2.
Walk down the long hall until you see E2.118.
Session rooms are right next to each other in this hallway (E2.018, E2.020, and E2.024).

About the Speaker

Ron Hash

Texas State Small Business Development Center, Business Advisor

Mr. Hash has a Masters degree from Duke University, Bachelors degrees from Virginia Tech and The University of North Carolina, and a certificate in Non-Profit management. He is now working towards a Masters and PhD in Secondary Business Education from Texas State University. Ron has over 20 years of business management experience in Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Information Technology. Mr. Hash has also owned and operated several small businesses with his family for the past 15 years.
