Rodney has held director-level positions, and has been a key member of the executive management teams, for companies such as Capstone Real Estate Services, Infraworks, VirtualCFO, Collective Technologies, ROSS Technology, Austin Computers, and Micro Experts in Solon, OH. Rodney managed all aspects of human resources, including facilities management, contract review & negotiation and real estate-related responsibilities - as both tenant and landlord - for many of these operations.

With over 16 years experience in the high tech industry and several years in the commercial real estate world, he co-founded HR360, LLC which evolved into Employer Solutions Group, providing Commercial Tenant Representation services, Human Resources and Payroll outsourcing and employee benefits.

Rodney and his wife Michelle, a CPA in the high-tech industry, have two daughters, ages 4 & 8. Rodney is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, holds an active Broker license from the Texas Real Estate Commission, both General Lines Agent & Agency licenses from the Texas Department of Insurance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University.
