Session Description – Simple Solutions for Creating Interactive Customer Experiences Online

In this session, we will look at ways to take online customer service and interaction to the next level. Static, one-way product pages won't provide the visibility your company needs with its audience. Learn how to turn your customers into evangelists and build a community around your products by using simple, free tools.

We will look at both good and bad examples of customer interaction on e-commerce sites, and have a hands-on demonstration of turning a static product page into an interactive, "tricked out" sales tool.
