Session Description – Risk Management

Many entrepreneurs have limited knowledge of the financial requirements of a business, apart from the basic cost of resources. Other items such as employee benefits, insurance, and retirement options, both for themselves and for employees, are just as important as production and distribution costs. These are often not well planned, and may result in defection of key employees and failure to provide funds for the future of the business. How these factors should be considered are the focus of this presentation.
